Thanks for your kind words. In each of us is a life force that has been present on the earth for over four billion years, nearly a third of the entire 13.7 billion year history of the universe. In every hair, every tooth, every strand of DNA is the wisdom of an eternal being of which each of us, equally with the plants, fungi, fellow animals and all other manifestations of life, is a perfect expression. The best way we can honor the architect of this great design is by being present to it, and being what it made us.

I wish you well on your journey.
